MARLISA MENDOZA |
Marlisa is a costume design MFA candidate at the University of Idaho. She is part of the remote learning program. She aspires to be a costume designer in Hollywood and giveback by teaching as well. She has worked on a TV series Magic City on the Starz network as a costume production assistant. Currently Marlisa is in the process of designing costumes for an original U of Idaho playwright of The Haven.

My niece and my friend’s dogs were my best models for this project. I was going for a soft and dreamy look in these photos. With the prime lens I captured such images.

Some of these images are from home in Miami, FL and some are away while in Atlanta, GA. I tried to capture as much natural beauty as I could.

INDEPENDENT / blue
This project was also known as the Blue project, I decided to pay attention to all things blue that I came across and take photos of them. I found that because blue is my favorite color, it surrounds me everywhere.
